Somthing is creating line breaks in my output window. For example, the following lines...:

Remort Auction: Bid of 820 Qp on Axe of Aardwolf (Level 20) going twice.

INFO: A magnificent light shines before Ilja leading them toward the virtue of Radience.

...show up as:

Remort Auction: Bid of 820 Qp on Axe of Aardwolf (Leve
l 20) going twice.

INFO: A magnificent light shines before Ilja leading t
hem toward the virtue of Radience.

both those lines cut off at 54 characters length..
try opening your world and hit Alt+5 and see if the 'Wrap output at column number:' box has somehow been set to 54 by accident.. if so, tick the checkbox and then set it to 80 in the box to the right of that or whatever you prefer the length to be (most muds I have been on have line length set to maximum of 75 characters) if that is the problem..

It's set to wrap at column 97. I notice it happens when I switch between world windows. When I copy and paste the text into a different window, there is to line break.

Strange.. and both worlds are set the same? (97).. if so, then I don't really have an answer for you.. :(
Anyone else have an idea...? If one world works ok and the other doesn't, I guess the other option is just compare the Alt+5 screens and try to spot the difference that way.. maybe.

Do you have "auto wrap to window size" checked?

I think there is an outstanding bug where a minimised window is considered very small, and if that option is set the "window size" is narrow, so data arriving in a window that is not at the front will be chopped off in the wrong place.

Try unchecking that, if possible.

That was probably what was happening. I unchecked the "Auto-wrap to window size" box and no longer had the problem. I also noticed that expanding width of non-maximized windows beyond a certain point does the trick as well.
