Version 4.65 will have an extra GetInfo item (86).

This will be the word under the mouse (in the output window) when you bring up the alias menu.

eg.


<aliases>
  <alias
   name="testing_1_2_3"
   match="menutest"
   enabled="y"
   send_to="12"
   menu="y"
   sequence="100"
  >
  <send>
print ("word under mouse was", GetInfo (86))
</send>
  </alias>
</aliases>
