I keep getting the same error message every time I install, I have made sure this file does exist and is not read only. It is also in the default directory.

Error opening file for writing
".\worlds\plugins\constants.vbs"

Any help please?

Have you changed the directory you are installing into? I think the installer gets a bit confused if you have.

I would save any files you want to keep (scripts, world files etc.) and then uninstall MUSHclient from the Add/Remove Programs control panel.

Then, re-install it.

I have tried uninstalling MUSHclient and reinstalling without problems. You may wish to download the latest version (3.75) which may help:

Unfortunately installing the latest version did not help either. I will try uninstalling and reinstalling and see how that goes.
