Description

This pattern matches the empty string and produces all given values as its captured values.

digits = lpeg.R ("09")
hp = lpeg.P ("You gain ") * lpeg.C (digits^1) * " hp." * lpeg.Cc ("life")
print (lpeg.match (hp, "You gain 300 hp.")) --> 300 life
