I was just perusing through some of the .c files while fixing my aforementioned mpadvance problem, and I came across a few things that were apparently in magic.c that are not present in the game. From memory, these are/were:

Mind Wrack
Mind Wrench
Disenchant Weapon

There may be others, but those are the ones I can distinctly remember. They seem to be fully coded and even have entries in tables.c and mud.h so I'm wondering why these are not setup as skills/spells in the .dat files so that they can be used in game? I am leary of enabling them without knowing why they were left unused to begin with, so if anyone has a clue I would certainly like to know what's going on with these. If nothing else they are just a waste of space in the code at the present time, but they certainly looked interesting if they would work.

I may end up checking these myself later on if time permits and nobody responds, and I'll post back with what I find. Just thought I'd ask incase anyone else had already run into it though.

Usually such things are meant to be used as either spec function calls or as part of a weapon flag. You'll probably find several breath weapon style attacks as well that arent represented as castable spells but are used as mob special attacks.

Being coders they probably didn't want to throw away their code, so they left it there just in case.
