Command: unnuisance
Handler: do_unnuisance
Min level: 54
Min posn: any (dead)
Log: always

Syntax:
      unnuisance <victim>
      nuisance <victim> [options]
Unnuisance will remove the nuisance flag from a player.
Nuisance will add a nuisance flag to the player specified by victim.
This only works on pc's. The optional parameters are as follows:
  maxtime <#> <minutes/days/hours>
The maxstage of nuisance. Default is 8 days.
time <#>: The time in days that the nuisance flag will stay on the
player, once the time is expired the flag will automatically be
removed. If this option is not used it will default to a permenant
         penalty.
power <#>: A number from 1 to 10, 10 being the worst for the player.

Note the words before the options are not optional and must be used.

Examples: nuisance mortal maxtime 5 days time 7 power 5
This would nuisance mortal for 7 days with the maximum stage being
reached in 5 days, at a power level of 5. Also note you can leave options
out: nuisance mortal maxtime 5 days power 5 for example would set the
maximum time to reach the final stage at a power level 5 and use the default
value for the time. Also options can be rearranged n like:
nuisance mortal power 5 maxtime 5 days time 7 would be the same as the
first example.
To see info on nuisance level, power and set time of a player, use MSTAT.
For information on stages see help 'NUISANCE STAGES'

We are not to give mortals any info about nuisance.
If they notice something is wrong and ask for an explanation just
trans <name> nuisance
MORTS ARE NOT TO BE TOLD WHAT THE FLAG IS OR GIVEN OTHER INFO RE: IT>.
