I was trying to put a lock on the inside of a door, so that one could Use Lock and then lock most people out.
did

@ause #19 = if(elock(#19, %#)== 1, lock(#19, master key), lock(#19))

But when I use the lock, I get: "Not enough money to queue command."

Any help whatsoever would be appreciated.

I assume you have money? Check the configuration of the MUSH, how much it costs to put locks on.
