| I would like to replace the standard Infravision with real night vision and seeing in the dark. maybe leave the infravision for detecting invisbles.
Now here's the deal I can't find where they deal with vision in the code. Probably not looking hard enough but a point in the right direction would help.
Looked up holylight and infrared and got no help from either.
and searched these forums.
Tired of my questions yet?

| What exactly are you trying to do? Change infravision into night vision? What distinction are you drawing between the two?
Why were holylight and infrared not helpful? |

| Ok i see what I have to do now. Told you I was probably not looking hard enough ;) Just took a nap and I woke up and bang it made sense.
Anyways I never liked how Infrared just showed mobs and since I'm increasing the the duration of the days and nights as well making two handed weapons keep you from carrying a torch at the same time ass well. Thought that I would need to be able to see a little better than that so people don't walk by important clues in the room descriptions.
