| Hello I am using SmaugFUSS 1.9 on a dune.net server. All I have done so far is add myself as an immortal, so this mud is still stock from their site, no errors in compile, everything is tickity-boo. Ever since I have loaded it up Hotboot has not worked for me, there appears to be an issue with this code and MCCP compression, When using hotboot compression is disabled and then hotboot stops there. It never finishes the hotboot sequence and you remain stuck in a glitch until you close the game and log back in. Does anyone know if there are any fixes available for this to date?
(And I know it works for some people, just does not work for me)
Any help on this would be muchly appreciated by me and any future people who have this issue. Thank You.

| | You might want to ask on the FUSS forums: http://www.smaugmuds.org/index.php?a=board. The developers "live" there and while they check here from time to time you might get a faster answer there. |
