1. Fixed bug where utils.fontpicker would ignore the supplied font colour (3rd argument) and assume black.

2. Fixed problem where when using the Hyperlink function to call an internal MUSHclient function, periods were not allowed in the function name. This made it hard to call functions in Lua tables.

3. Added command-line option "/nodirectsound" that lets you disable DirectSound initialization (and thus playing any sounds with DirectSound).

4. Added mapper.lua module to install.
