"If you want a versatile, all purpose client for MUDs and MUSHes, then believe it or not, MUSHClient is just the front-end you've been looking for."

Comments from MUSHclient users

"I have to say, the new version of MUSHClient is awesome."
"I've tested your client while I was trolling for prospective programs to recommend to my kids. It's very impressive, and makes my extremely short list for advanced clients. (In fact, it's the ONLY more advanced client I like for Windows! I work on a Mac at home...) "
"I wanted to let you know that the product is wonderful. Have never regretted registering it."
"I still think it's the best MOO client out there, and I laud it's praises without hesitation whenever a recommendation is requested."

I have been using MushClient for almost 1.5 years now, and what I really have to say is FAST!!! There is no comparison in speed, I notice that ZMud (what I used prior) has stopped showing speed comparisons and its website no longer claims that it is the fastest windows client. A test on the MushClient site shows MushClient to be 2.5 times faster than the fastest of 15 other popular mudclients (8 times faster than ZMud)!

Just running the product for a few hours, you can tell that it has been written for speed and stability from its inception. It took me a little while to figure out how exactly how I wanted to run the application in terms of layout - e.g. I now run MushClient with all tool bars docked (activity bar docked at bottom, rest top), and the mud output window maximized. Once I got this the way I wanted to operate I found the product very natural to use.

I think its diverse scripting support (VBScript, JScript and PerlScript) combined with the ability to write scripting plugins will greatly increase this product's popularity in the years to come. Since running MushClient I have not seen the product crash (with the exception of 2 times while testing new MXP in a prerelease version), where as ZMud would crash at least two or three times a week.

I highly recommend MushClient to everyone looking for a real feature rich mudding client suitable for casual and hardcore mudding.
