how does founder fly all the time?no help file for ic

ok if i am founder how do i fly all the time?what is bypassduel or whats the command for it?
and there is no help for ic?can u give?not what it is about the ic related subjects?

depends what you are trying to achieve, to be able to walk everywhere use holywalk - this includes walking thru closed doors etc.
