"Window Colour" control for notepad color displays as if black on black were the default. When creating a notepad window, however, it displays correctly as black on white.
Changing colors appears to work properly, though actually selecting a black background and foreground color produces a notepad which uses the colors I specified for my Command Window.
This is a very useful option, but the 'black on black' default isn't very intuitive.
Maybe if there was a "Default" option listed at the top of the Colour Picker window, and the black-on-black control actually displayed the current command window colors as defaults...
