I just installed a mud on my shell and when I started it up in the cmud client it states its wizlocked and I cant create
a character to make it an immortal is there a way I can disable this from the shell

What MUD? What shell? What operating system? A few more details would help.

I am using dragonball saga reborn as the MUD to modify with PUTTY and I have windows 10 operating system I cant seem to figure this thing out I have been looking for about a week now

Can you provide a link to the MUD? Doesn't the README file tell you how to fix this?
