So, at present, I can fully access my worldfiles via mushclient's 'open world' tab perfectly fine. The problem is that when I actually search the worlds folder, none of the mcl files are present save one.

Now, I did make a copy of the folder and put it in a different location to see if it was just an issue with windows. I used mushclient's 'open world' function in the new folder, and only the one visible mcl file was available.

My question is how can I find where the files are so I can copy them for backup and transfer?

A simple solution is to not install into the Program Files directory but somewhere else, like Documents.

If the above thread helps, then you should be above to just move the world files to somewhere else which doesn't get hidden. Otherwise open each one and re-save in a location that isn't in Program Files.
