I am using-or rather trying to use version 4.37-, and my friend put in all of his world data for me, directly from his own MUSH world database. However, upon attempting to connect, I receive an error, telling me that the "Connection Refused", and it referred me to the forums here. So please, can anyone assist me?

Can you connect to it via telnet?
Not sure, I don't know how to use telnet, nor does my friend.
Using Windows:
Start->Run, type in:
telnet address port
