Resizing Windows

Okay I have one more question (at least I hope it's a one more question). I feel kinda silly asking it, but I am having trouble moving the windows once they have been put up too far: Ex: http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w172/Breosaighit/ScreenShot003-2.jpg

Where it has the stats, the exit, maximize bar has vanished, but I don't know how to move it down once the top is covering it.

I tried to reinstall it altogether (that didn't work).

So then I tried to remove the plugin and then add it again, it still went back up to the same spot where I couldn't move it.

So my question is, once the bar that makes you able to move it, gets covered by the bar at the top that says File, Edit, etc. How do you get it to move down?

Keyboard shortcuts!

Click on the stats window to make it active.

Hold ALT and press -
Select Move (press M)
Move the mouse or use the arrow keys to reposition, click or press enter when satisfied.


This works for any windows program like this.
The main window's control menu can be brought up with ALT+Space, the active Child window with ALT+-.
If the application just has a single window, then ALT+Space is the only shortcut that works.
