Vote plugin for Achaea IRE game

You know you want to vote for Achaea as the Top mud but just cant stop playing to go and do it. So heres a plugin for ya.

What this appears to do is just replace the "DYD" message with a link. Is that right? I thought it did more then that? It doesn't keep track of when you last voted? If it did that, that'd rock :)
