Was helping someone with Regular Expressions for the bittorrent client Azureus and while we both hunted around a bit, he found this:

Unfortunately it costs cash, but looks potentially interesting for helping people design and figure out what expressions do for Mushclient, instead of trying to decifer the docs for them.
