This is a good question. Personally I don't have any but would be interesting in putting a batch of the on the offical web site.
You could probably look at the Windows desktop themes for inspiration, but they need to be reasonably carefully thought out, so that each possible colour combination will work (at least, each possible foreground colour on top of the most likely background colours).
