My Wife is typing this for me, as, for the last five years, I have been totally blind. I'm wanting to get back into Mushes, and I know that Mushclient has the ability to work with Jaws Text to Speech Reader. However, As my touch typing skills were not that good before, and are probably worse now due to the blindness and other medical issues, I would like to find out if Mushclient is compatible with speech to text dictation software such as Dragon Naturally Speaking. Also, I would need help for my wife to set up Mushclient to work with one or both of these softwares.

Text to speech is certainly supported, there are various threads about that.

As far as I'm aware, speech to text software like Dragon behaves just like a keyboard device and will let you write anywhere you could with a keyboard.
