Client verson 5.06, downloaded the 4 files , put "mapper.lua (54kb)"&"serialize.lua (8kb) in /lua and "Learning_Mapper.xml (19kb) & “Learning_Mapper.lua(138kb)" in /plugins. Then I loaded the plugin, but i see the map window, but i can't see the training window below. How can I solve this?

As per the Learning Mapper page the training window is on the right, not below.
Until you start teaching it what types of lines are what, the training window might be hard to see. Basically there are two thin light grey lines which show the boundaries of that window.
Also, you need to make your MUSHclient window wide enough that you can see the mapper, and the training window between the mapper and the text output.
Once you teach it a line type (and then do a “look” to get more MUD output) then that line type should be identified in the training pane.
As I mentioned on the mapper page (link above) under “Updates” the mapper no longer retrospectively draws line types. So you won’t see an immediate change (unlike the video). You need to get more MUD output to see it recognize line types.
