Trying to connect to my server with cygwin but refuses

I m trying to connect to my server but i see on server comment that the mud refuces the connection.

how can i fix this?

man if i make changes, then complile the mud and then start is with the exe file, it will lose the changes to the code?

What? If you make changes and recompile, you should get the new version with the changes.

By running the exe file, it will accept the changes yes?
Because i thought the exe run only the pre-compiled version.

The whole point of compiling is to make a new exe.
