Spellchecker?

I've read that there is a spellchecker, but I can't find the .dll file, in order to add it. What is it called, and where can I find it, please?

The spell checker is now implemented in Lua code which should be enabled automatically. To spell check what you have in the command window, press Ctrl+J.

You can spell check on send (ie. when you hit <enter>) by selecting that option in the World -> Input -> Commands configuration screen.
