With a lot of complex triggers or aliases it can be very tempting to try to enlarge the configuration window to get a better overview, but that doesn't quite work(in my version, 4.61, if it has since been added, please disregard this post) as the configuration window cannot be resized. Would it be possible to make it resizable in future versions?
In other news, great client as always, kudos on keeping up the development for so long and even making it freeware! :)

I'm not really planning to make the configuration windows resizable, as that involves a lot of work to get the buttons at the bottom to move gracefully out of the way, and in the case of some tabs, various fields would need to resize as well.
There was a recent change where the lists of things (like trigger lists) can be made a tree view (click the checkbox) where that helps view them in their respective groups. This should help get organized.
My recommendation is to employ plugins to keep the main configuration down to a small number of items. That way, during development of the plugin you can have a modest amount of triggers, aliases, etc. but once "committed" to the plugin, you are back to a blank slate. This keeps things neat and organized.
