I don't know if this was introduced in 3.60 or not, but when I check the View menu, it lists the Toolbar as hidden (i.e, no checkmark) regardless of whether it is actually hidden or viewable.

And the Info bar too?

It seems to be a subtle side-effect from the Accelerator command introduced a few versions back.

That captured some messages to make sure that if you added an accelerator (eg. changed Ctrl+C to something else) that it didn't still show up as Ctrl+C on the Edit menu.

It seems that this process had the side-effect of causing some of these problems.

The Info bar behaves correctly for me, at least. No checkmark when hidden, checkmark when visible. The Status bar doesn't, however. It acts like the Toolbar.
