| Vector... Re-read what you just posted.
Pay particular attention to the year.
And then go check your calendar on your desktop, for the current year ;)
Thats why I was wondering, since that page isnt updated. But my palm reminded me that it should be this saturday. |

| I haven't heard anything as of yet in the rumor mill. So Kris will need to answer this himself. I've fielded questions over IMC2 from people wondering when it will be and haven't been able to answer them on it.
As a side note, even though it's not what was originally asked about, I'm also not sure when the next MUD-Con will be either, or if Orion even plans to hold one this time around.
The only gathering I know for sure is going forward at this time is the Meet & Greet IV on Saturday, May 8, 2004 at 7 p.m. ET. More info on that can be found at www.mudworld.org | Top |

| I don't know either. I'll see if I can summon Kris to enlighten us on this. |

| Woops. I completely forgot to update the FoM website.
I don't think I'm gonna be able to get FoM setup for 2004. You have no idea how much time and effort went into getting last year's ready. Even so, there were bug issues that caused problems (including frequent crashes for those of you who remember, as well as holographic items (such as phasers) materializing in regular rooms, resulting in.... well, firefights). I simply haven't had the time this year necessary to not only fix those bugs (let alone identify the causes), but also to setup the website, etc. I've just been too busy with so many other things, both rl and mud-related (such as stuff relating to ICE-MAN; see related post from today), to even think about FoM this year.
So, for now, let's plan on it happening in 2005. I'm sorry, but there's just no way I could get it together in time for this year....
MudWorld will be holding its Meet and Greet event this year instead (Meet and Greet is sort-of the parent event of FoM). Ntanel's a great guy and I'm sure he has something magnifiscent planned. Time permitting, I plan on attending. To learn more about his event, which will be happening in place of my event this year, please visit their website at http://www.mudworld.org. I don't remember what the exact URL to the event is, but I'm sure you'll find a link to it at that website.
I'll try my best to have FoM ready in time for 2005. At least there'll still be an event this year happening in its place; I urge you all to attend! =)
