I have the following settings under MXP/Pueblo in MUSHclient:

MXP active
Use MXP/Pueblo - On command
MXP debug level - errors
Hyperlinks - Underline hyperlinks

The problem is that links are not underlined in the client. When I use the command "mxp" in the mud, this is what I see:

Your mxp preference is currently set to autosense
Your connections mxp support has been automatically detected.

I have a friend who is using MUSHclient, and the underline is showing up fine.

Do you have underlines enabled in the output window configuration?

Thanks Nick.

On another note, when you do a hotreboot in DOT with underline enabled, the text is garbled. The only fix I see for this problem is to turn "mccp off".

Would this be an issue with the client, or the code?

My guess is that a hot reboot mucks up the MCCP sequence (the compressed data has to be a continually compressed stream - rebooting the server probably corrupts that).

I'm not sure, I think MCCP can be turned off. If that is the case the server should probably turn MCCP off before a hot reboot, and then re-enable it.

It is a server issue, the client cannot tell that a hot reboot has happened.
