Is there a way to undo a save or return to a previous save state in a world?

I accidentally deleted half my work and meant to click Save World Details As instead of Save World Details....

Keep regular backups? There is an Automatic_Backup plugin for this included with MUSHclient.

I wish I checked the default plugins for this sooner. :( Ah well. Guess I'll start from scratch.
