| I'm not only having trouble navigating the client, I'm having trouble navigating the help forums.
You may laugh at me now.
I cannot find the answers to two pressing questions.
The first is, I want to set up an auto login.
The problems I have is that all the muds I play require you to make a selection before it prompts for your user name and password.
ie:
What would you like to do:
1) make an account
2) Log in to an existing account
So, before the client sends my name and password I'd like it to send a 2
My second issue is that I want the client to begin logging as soon as I connect to the game world. I'm sure that I have looked at the documentation for this but somehow it hasn't registered for me that I was in fact doing so.
Finally if I want everything received on a channel to be a different color can I do that? | | Top |

| Go to World Configuration, Connecting screen. Enter your credentials (username and password), and select 'No autologin' in the dropdown box. In the big Connect Text field, type the following:
And don't forget to press OK.
For the logging part, go to World configuration again, choose Logging, and press the Help button there. That thing describes the how bits better than I can. Basically, logging will automatically kick in once you enter a place to log the stuff to. | | Top |

You can make a trigger that matches your chat channel and then select "Change colour and style to" and select another colour. |

| | Oops, I hadn't seen that last question. And here I was, all proud of myself for noticing the second question right before submitting. :) | | Top |
