Could someone please tell me the syntax to place in the trigger so that when my health is <1200hp i'll quaff an elix? thanks!

This page, which is an introduction to scripting, shows how to detect low health and display a message. A simple change would make you quaff a potion.

eg. If it passes the test (ie. health is low) you could have:

Send "quaff potion"
